Architectural Description

Landings at River North a multi-phase project to renovate the east bank of the Cumberland River in Nashville, TN. Blocks D and E are the first part of Phase 1. Each building will be seven stories tall and will contain residential units, retail space, amenity areas, and parking. There will also be a separate parking garage in Block E.

Structural Description

The top five levels will be of Type 3A construction with 2-hour rated, non-combustible exterior bearing walls. Roof and floor trusses will be prefabricated. The second story, the level at grade, and the underground parking will be conventionally reinforced concrete.
